Colombia 2024
Our first retreat to Colombia felt like stepping into a living heartbeat—
warm, colorful, rhythmic, and ancient all at once.
Each morning began in ceremony, grounding us in intention and breath.
Each night closed with cacao and sound baths, softening the edges of the day and opening the heart.
Reset and Connect was more than a theme—it was the rhythm we lived by.
We reset our nervous systems, our stories, and our sense of time.
We connected to the land, to each other, and to parts of ourselves that had been waiting to be remembered.
This was not an escape from life, but a return to it.

The Power of Meditation
In the stillness of meditation, the noise falls away and truth rises. Our retreat invites you to sit with yourself, breathe with the land, and reconnect to the wisdom already living within you.

Arrival
Arrival is a sacred pause—the moment your body realizes it’s safe to rest. Set down your bags, your expectations, and the weight you’ve been carrying. You are held here.

Vibration of Healing
Stillness opens the doorway. Sound carries the medicine. Together, Yin and vibration create a sacred rhythm where the body unwinds and the spirit realigns.
Rituals for You
Having our itinerary allowed us to create rituals for ourselves and bring them back home. Starting our mornings with our breathe, movement, and slow down at the end.

Island Hoping
Each Island hopping invites the spirit to wander. Each shoreline offers a new rhythm, a new breath, a new way to feel alive. On this trip we went to 6 islands, you can imagine the fun.
Salsita in Barranquilla
Experience salsa where rhythm runs deep. Dancing in Barranquilla invites embodied expression, cultural connection, and playful freedom—on and off the dance floor.

Volcano de Tutum
Ever been inside a Volcano? Haha, we did! It's muddy, but also detoxifying. The minerals in the mud cleanse our field, and we would go to the lake and rinse off after. Connecting to all elements within us
Dinner for 16!
Each meal is an invitation into the culture—fresh flavors, shared tables, and the joy of tasting the land we’re walking on. Meals become ritual. We eat slowly, seasonally, and together honoring the body as a sacred vessel and food as medicine.
