We are Val and Mel, the heart and light behind Espiritual Dreamer. Our Journey began in 2021, in the sacred land of India, the timeless gaze of the Taj Mahal, a moment that awakened something ancient within us. What started as a wonder-filled adventure became the spark that lit our path of purpose.
Espirtual Dreamer was born from that light, a space where yoga lives beyond the mat, where practice becomes a way of remembering who we truly are.
